We will create a Personalised Manual for your home to ensure your house is always cleaned to exacting standards and taking into account any special requests, allergies, cleaning product preferences, etc.

Our clients’ homes are precious, so here at Freshly Maid all house keys are security coded for your protection.  We are fully insured, including accidental damage cover and our cleaning teams are background checked so you can have absolute peace of mind. 

All Freshly Maid Team Members are employed by us, entitled to work in this country and we hold Employers Liability insurance for their safety and yours.

We use only high quality, COSHH regulated environmentally friendly cleaning products which are non-toxic, safe and effective. Freshly Maid is committed to using practices, materials and products that minimise damage to the environment.

All equipment is provided by us, from Vacuum Cleaners to Mops and Brooms.  This is so we can train our teams to use our equipment safely and effectively and has the added benefit that your own home equipment will last longer!

At Freshly Maid, everything is your choice.  You can add extra services to your regular cleaning service as one offs or sit back and enjoy the whole service on a regular basis.  We aim to be flexible and will discuss all the options at your free home visit.
