How we work:
Your home will be professionally cleaned by our uniformed Freshly Maid team members, who are fully insured, referenced and trained to clean all surfaces efficiently and effectively.
All equipment is provided by us, from Vacuum Cleaners to Mops and Brooms. This is so we can train our teams to use our equipment safely and effectively and has the added benefit that your own home equipment will last longer.
We use high quality, COSHH regulated professional cleaning products which are both safe and effective. Freshly Maid is committed to using practices, materials and products that minimise damage to the environment.
Peace of Mind:
Our clients’ homes are precious, so here at Freshly Maid all house keys are security coded for your protection. We are insured, including accidental damage cover and our cleaning teams are fully referenced and DBS checked so you can have absolute peace of mind
All Freshly Maid Team Members are entitled to work in this country and we hold Cleaning Contractors Liability insurance for their safety and yours.
At Freshly Maid, everything is your choice and our service is completely flexible to suit your needs.
You can add extra time or tasks to your regular service as required.
We understand every home is different:
We will create personalised notes for your home to ensure your house is always cleaned to exacting standards and taking into account any special requests, allergies, cleaning product preferences, etc.
Bespoke in your home laundry service available:
We'll not only do your laundry, but we can collect it from around the house, strip beds, etc as required.
Your laundry will then be sorted as per washing instructions and washed using your machine and choice of detergent, etc. We will hand-wash some delicate items, however we will not if no instructions are provided.
We'll hang your washing outside/inside as per your request and we'll dry items in the tumble dryer as appropriate. Then we'll iron it all and put it away if that’s your preference, including remaking your beds!
FRESHLY MAID EXTERNAL LAUNDRY!!!
We now provide external laundry services at our Thorp Arch office. Collection and delivery service available. From duvet and bedding washing and drying to general wash, dry and/or ironing services. Just call Nichola on 0800 222 9002 to discuss how we can help
